This lovely quiet black and white watercolor painting is part of my series "Winter Miniatures". The reduction of colors on a grey winter day in my landscapes mean a lot of tranquility and peace to me.

I love small art as it transports a lot and you have to study it carefully. It´s easy to be impressed by big art but small art needs concentration.
Also, it looks great to hang small works as a series of 3 or 5.

Watermarks and lines, scratches and other watercolor effects are important to my work and keep fascinating me.

On Paper total size with mat 20x20 cm, the artwork part shown in the mat is 10x10 cm. Framed black with professional museum quality magnetic Halbe frame.

Signed and titled on the back. Ink on professional watercolor paper.
