This work of art is inspired by the bold beauty of the ocean, by the power and flexibility of the great arching waves, by their luminous transparency and by the constant movement of the sea water.
To create this painting I used various range of techniques- from an old traditional glazing/sfumato (gained its popularity in 16th-17th century) and blending to impressionistic impasto.
This painting would look great in any home décor style. It is ready to hang, can be framed or hung without a frame - this painting is extended over the edges of the gallery wrapped canvas, is wired, signed and dated by me.

professional grade oil paints, brushes, palette knife, gallery wrapped canvas, varnish
