Poppies, daisies, cornflowers and many more - the essential ingredients of a beautiful Wild Flower Meadow. Lots to be seen this year and every year since we woke up to the fact that we have been gradually and relentlessly destroying habitats for bees and butterflies through intensive and insensitive farming and land management techniques. Happily this is being turned around and wild flowers seem to be popping up everywhere.
This painting is based on the wonderful Pictorial Meadows river of flowers which is now in full bloom in my local park. It is supplied in a white wooden frame ready to hang. Acrylic glazing for safety.
