Original artwork description
Columbine is an herb. The parts that grow above the ground are used to make medicine. People take columbine for gallbladder disorders and general stomach and intestinal problems. They also take it to treat a vitamin C-deficiency disease (scurvy) and yellowed skin (jaundice).
It is yet another of my favorite wildflowers.
Wild Columbine is 9 x 12 inches on watercolor paper. It is framed to 11 x 14 inches. It is signed and ready to hang.
