In crafting this scene, I found my inspiration in the serene yet vibrant dance of light upon the water and the boats at rest. Utilizing oil paints, I aimed to capture the essence of tranquility juxtaposed with the quiet energy of potential movement. Through an interplay of impressionistic strokes and realist touches, the artwork evokes a sense of peacefulness and the timeless connection between man and nature. It's a visual symphony meant to bring a soothing yet spirited ambiance into your space. This trip was remembered by a rather large number of tourists, as I was painting a sketch in the shade of trees near the old fortress. And every ten minutes I was surrounded by a group of tourists from different countries of the world.
