Original artwork description:

One of a kind artwork done in acrylics on gallery-wrapped canvas. Has a visible, beautiful texture and outstanding colour harmony.
White night - is a night that never gets dark. This beautiful phenomenon takes place every year in summer in St. Petersburg. I easily imagine this scene taking place some time around the begining of 19th Century in the garden of a Russian aristocrat dacha (summer house). The tea party that went on until very late at night and then guests left to go dancing or sit around the fire place in the salon. It was so fun even the house maid was giggling while pretending she's cleaning around the house. And the tea party was just left outside for just one more guest to attend - a beautiful birdy who's cage was left open (I guess?).
When i look at it I feel the light summer breeze, I hear distant laughter and loud talking of happy people somewhere in the house.

The size of the painting: 70x60 cm/ 27.8x23 inches
Signed on the front and back.

IMPORTANT: To ship the canvas I remove it from the bars and ship it in the tube. When received you just have to take it to your local framers to get it stretched on the bars again. This way I can keep the delivery worldwide cheap. If you are willing to receive a painting already stretched and ready to hang, please message me before purchasing to discuss the shipping price!
