In this artwork, the memory of old paper blends with a delicate artistic touch.
A baptism certificate from 1899 becomes the silent backdrop for a woman who walks away, as if slipping out of time... or perhaps returning to it.
Faceless, wearing a peach-toned hat, she embodies absence, nostalgia, and the discreet traces of women throughout history.
The black lines sketch an erased past, while the color of the hat — the only vibrant note — beats like a breath of life.
