An original acrylic painting on canvas 55x46cms
UNFRAMED canvas - please note that images of the painting in a home context show the artwork framed as a suggestion only.
The colour palette is a variety of blues from ultramarine and cobalt to a soft teal. Contrasting with the blues are the dusky pinks and pale terracottas.
The painting is inspired by one of the salmon fishing lochs on Lewis, unfortunately I didn’t see any salmon the day I was there! The two little cottages on the far shoreline are typical of the Scottish Highlands.
The artwork comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
It is shipped wrapped in several protective layers before being placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
I always send my paintings by tracked courier for extra security.
