Original artwork description
This is a unique and original PMS abstract oil painting on a ready-made concave wooden surface. This painting is shiny, messy and beautiful in its chaotic energy. This painting is the second piece of a new series of exciting works that epitomize certain techniques and an aesthetic I have been working to perfect over the years. The streaking colors are vibrant and alive and the subtle layers which exist on the surface give the appearance of objects floating or drifting on some sort of magical current. The colors streak, mix and overlap to create a beautiful play of color and light, while violent shards, or slices of light and color attack the surface and make the piece more dynamic and energetic. Texture also exists on the edges of the piece. There is both a chaos and peace that exists in this work and balances it out to the eye. It is truly an original oil painting and series like no other.
Note: This painting is painted on a ready made, concave wooden surface and comes hang ready. This piece does not need to be framed.
This painting is signed on the front and includes my Certificate of Authenticity.
