Ready to hang if sold in USA ; will be shipped rolled in cardboard tube for all other countries; I use the languorous arched bodies reaching out and acting out to express anxiety, emotion and desire; the figures are inspired by drawings from another age, yet the angst feels perfectly contemporary. The title was inspired by one my favorite books, about disfunction by John Steinbeck. broad rough brushstrokes and texture seem to add a new dynamic to classic shapes.
