In this painting, I poured my passion for nature's quiet beauty onto the canvas. Using rich oils, I captured the shimmering stillness of water lilies floating serenely, inviting calm and contemplation. Walking in the ancient city of Suzdal, I came across a small picturesque backwater with water lilies by the river. Here it is a place for inspiration, a simple motive and how much beauty and charm.
