Summer time, on a sandy beach in Italy. Walking back towards shady beach tents, after a cooling swim. Umbrella pines and rising mountains, with a blue sky above.

Painted using a mixture of palette knife and brushwork, creating both loose and defined shapes that represent the warm light and shadows found in late summer on the beach. The lively blues, greens and whites bring joy and optimism to the scene.

Painted with Michael Harding Professional Artists oil colour, on a linen faced wood board. The edges are painted white so it can be displayed framed or unframed. This artwork is signed and dated on the back and comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
