What's not to like about a carpet of Spring Bluebells to lift the spirits. Half of the world’s bluebells grow in the UK!I often paint these woodland views of wildflowers especially bluebells which grow prolifically where I live. A sea of glorious vibrant sapphire blue shades against the rich green foliage. A loose approach with rich gestural textural colour combinations and contrast. Warm light glows behind the clearing in the trees. Sides painted box canvas ready to hang. Larger versions to follow!
