A large original painting on a wood panel (50x50cms)
FRAMED SIZE 68x68cms
The painting uses a variety of blues from ultramarine and cobalt through to a dark indigo. This palette is contrasted with the warm pinks.
Overall I wanted to produce the effect of the lingering last light, which in some parts of the country is known as Dimity.
The painting is framed in a bespoke painted wood frame with an inner slip.
Ready to hang straightaway.
The artwork is shipped wrapped in several protective layers before being placed in a sturdy cardboard box.
I always send my paintings by tracked courier for extra security.
