Original artwork description
Watercolor sketch for the interior “View of the Lavra. Autumn” was painted from life in the city of Sergiev Posad. I studied at the Trinity-Sergius Lavra for five years, so for me these are very dear and dear sacred places. Many trails have been trodden down in the vicinity of the monastery, and when I started to paint some of them I painted.
The surroundings of the Lavra and the city of Sergiev Posad in general are very picturesque, especially in autumn. No wonder a whole galaxy of artists such as Polenov, Nesterov, Levitan, Vrubel, Serov were looking for inspiration here in the Abramtsevo estate near Sergiev Posad.
The work was painting by professional Italian watercolors Maimeri Blu on 100% cotton watercolor paper 300 g/m2, which guarantees the durability of the preservation of the work under proper storage conditions, decorated under glass.

All the funds raised from the sale of my paintings are used to make my dream of a mobile workshop based on a minibus come true. Now I travel the world on a bicycle, it is very exciting, but for greater productivity I need a minibus in which I will live, travel and paint.
