Original artwork description
The beautiful pinkish-orange hues of twilight in the sky which were also reflected on the Ganges, created a wonderful mood and atmosphere which I've tried to capture in this painting. The returning boats and the cluster of moored boats depicted the end of a busy day in the holy city of Varanasi.
