Untitled XII is part of the ongoing series Quiet Matter, in which ordinary natural objects are isolated from their original context through black and white photography.

Suspended between light and darkness, the weathered stone reveals a form that feels both geological and sculptural. Its worn surface, marked by time and pierced by natural openings, invites multiple readings while resisting a single interpretation. Removed from the landscape and stripped of scale, the object becomes a quiet meditation on material, absence and permanence.

Printed as an archival pigment print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm, each print is produced in a limited edition of five, individually signed and numbered by the artist, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
