Underhill Cottage is on the Penrice Estate. It was originally the Head Gamekeeper’s cottage. It has a beautiful, sunny position overlooking Oxwich Marsh and the sea with Nicholaston Woods behind. There is a lovely walk through the woods to Oxwich Beach which is half a mile away. These days it is a holiday cottage.
