Original artwork description
A beautiful abstract landscape acrylic painting. It depicts a visionary, rich, colorful forest of pine trees.
This painting was inspired by the beautiful pine trees forest near the tuscan beach on Maremma contryside.
I use a thick panel of wood chipboard prepared with many layers of gesso and then I paint the whole surface with colors. Finally I paint the outer spaces searching for the design that I had previously designed in the preparatory sketches.
The focus is colour, light and shapes. To enhances the iridescence of colour I varnished the final painting with trasparent flatting which helps to give depth and vibrancy to the colors and the whole composition.
