"Tui Be Or Not Tui Be", is an original 52" x 52" or 132.08cm x 132.08cm, watercolor and ink painting of 2, Tui birds playing in a gorgeously colored interior. I choose these playful birds to place into this scene because these birds are close to my heart and also because they coordinate so beautifully with the colors in this scene! I used to live in New Zealand and we had these birds in our yard frequently. Well over 140 hours went into producing this painting which is 52 inches with a one half inch wide border all the way around. It is painted on heavyweight Arches French made, 356gsm all-cotton paper. It ships safely rolled in a tube. This painting comes with a certificate of authenticity and has been painted with Rembrandt professional watercolor paints and archival ink.
