Love our new art. Kristin was very responsive and process to purchase very easy. Photos online accurate, piece looks even better in person. Love supporting artists for original work at a fair price.

Thank you for your kind words about my painting. I enjoy painting relaxing seascapes, this painting shows a Kamani tree which is one of my favorite seaside trees in Hawaii. Their beautiful, big leaves in green and red provide a nice shady spot to sit and watch the waves. The color combination of the red and green leaves + the turquoise ocean water and golden sand are perfect for painting.

I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying your new artwork. This painting was inspired by a trip to Rome. We stayed near Borghese Gardens and this was the view of the gardens from the rooftop terrace of our hotel near The Piazza Del Popolo. I enjoyed painting the mansions surrounded by towering varieties of Italian cypress and framed by a moody sky.
