Convergence of Tides is an original contemporary abstract triptych from my Oceanic Geometry Collection, created in 2026.

This large-scale composition explores the meeting point between architecture, water, and light. In this series, I am interested in how geometric structure gradually dissolves into atmosphere, reflections, and open space. Rather than depicting the ocean literally, I translate its rhythm into contemporary abstract forms where verticals, horizontals, and layered textures become a visual language of balance and movement.

While creating this triptych, I imagined modern waterfront architecture reflected across still water. Each panel represents an individual rhythm, yet together they form a continuous landscape of structure and atmosphere. The composition encourages the eye to travel across all three canvases, discovering new relationships between light, reflection, geometry, and space.

The artwork was created through multiple layers of professional acrylic paint using palette knives, brushes, scraping techniques, and expressive mark-making. Every layer remains visible, creating rich textures, depth, and subtle tonal transitions that interact beautifully with changing natural light.

A sophisticated palette of ivory white, soft blue, warm beige, taupe, charcoal black, smoky grey, and deep brown creates a timeless contemporary aesthetic. Architectural lines are softened by atmospheric passages, suggesting distant horizons, calm reflections, coastal structures, and expansive waterfront landscapes without describing a specific place.

Although entirely abstract, Convergence of Tides evokes the quiet dialogue between land and sea, structure and openness, permanence and movement. The triptych format enhances this experience, allowing each canvas to maintain its own identity while becoming part of a larger architectural composition.

Designed as a statement artwork, this contemporary triptych is ideal for luxury residences, modern villas, boutique hotels, executive offices, reception areas, galleries, and architectural interiors. Its elegant neutral palette complements Scandinavian, minimalist, Japandi, organic modern, contemporary, and luxury interior design.

For me, the Oceanic Geometry Collection is an exploration of the invisible order hidden within nature. Convergence of Tides represents the moment when architecture, reflection, and the rhythm of water become one continuous visual experience.
