🎨 Inspired by a work by Jean Siméon Chardin, the famous French still-life painter (1699–1779), this composition shares roughly the same characteristics, except that it is painted in the style of the Flemish and Dutch masters of the Golden Age (grisaille + glazing). Here, the format is intentionally panoramic to focus solely on the objects, the reflections in the goblet, and the chiaroscuro. A truly beautiful piece that will stand out on your wall thanks to its elegant black frame.
