I painted “Treasures of Provence” with the feeling of a warm summer morning,
when an old house breathes with history and keeps the secrets of its owners.
I wanted to capture the living beauty of southern France —
the weathered rooftops, radiant light, and lush garden greenery.
Each brushstroke was applied freely and emotionally,
as if I were catching a fleeting moment between sunlight and soft wind.
The house in the painting seems sheltered from time,
while its arches and gates invite the viewer into a quiet sanctuary.
I used rich shades of ochre, azure, and crimson
to show that the true treasures of Provence are light, comfort, and the soul of old streets.
