The sheer size and the beautiful architecture of the Florence Cathedral, or as the locals know it, The Duomo just mind-blown me away the moment I saw it. I had never ever seen such a wonderful example of architecture. It was difficult to get the whole of the Cathedral in one frame. I liked this composition of the street leading up to the Cathedral. As my focal point was the Cathedral itself, I kept everything else soft-edged.
