Artist's description:
U Bein Bridge is a crossing that spans the Taungthaman Lake near Amarapura in Myanmar. The 1.2-kilometre bridge was built around 1850 and is believed to be the oldest and longest teakwood bridge in the world.
I decided to move away from it and frame the bridge's silhouette at sunset as it cut the countryside before crossing over the lake. I waited for the right moment to capture different people going about their daily lives.
