Original artwork description
Painting worked from free improvisation. Action painting with music by Belle & Sebastian, Elliot Smith and Centro-matic.
The water of life, that poison that is going to kill us but that makes us see.
One body, one mind, the future... science.
What makes us human, what makes us animals. That mystical aura that accompanies us sometimes.
Reflecting on future derivatives of our species.
Choppy shots, fragments of posters that have been torn off.
Gestural, intuitive painting, which lets things happen and relies on what appears. Taking advantage of the accident and accepting the consequences.
Need to tell things, to leave a mark, to understand the world, which is always modern and ancient.
Nothing matters much... Working with a lost gaze...
