Original artwork description
The watercolor seascape made at the coast of Mediterranean sea in Turkey. I was inspired by the transparent blue water, little waves sparkling in the sunlight. It was the late afternoon, the sun was still bright but soft, and the sea is getting choppy. Shades vary from light azure blue to deep ultramarine, and blinding sun glares spread all around. I used a wet watercolor technique with its color gradients as a bottom and finished with a fine brush to depict the waves and surf.
