The Sound of Stillness No. 2 is a visual meditation on the quietude of the natural world. Eschewing literal representation, the piece uses a rhythmic application of organic tones to capture the "hum" of a landscape at rest.
The piece was created using multiple layers of highly pigmented acrylic paint, with highlights added in pastel. It has been finished with a varnish to protect against UV radiation and dust.
The artworks will be delivered ready to hang.
