My latest watercolor painting showcases the skylark in all its glory, though outlined against a white background. It's the smallest of Polish larks and many might recognize its song, but few would identify it at a glance. Distinguishing features include a delicate, rounded tuft on its head and dark ear coverts meeting at the nape. Its cousin, the common skylark, is much more renowned, but both birds sport modest plumage. The skylark stands out with a shorter tail and often a rusty hue to its feathers. When threatened, both it and the skylark erect the feathers on their crowns, creating a unique appearance.

PACKING: The item is packaged between pieces of strong sturdy cardboard and delivered in a padded envelope for protection.
