This lovely quiet black and white monoprint is part of my series "Winter Miniatures". The reduction of colors in my landscapes mean a lot of tranquility and peace to me.
I love small art as it transports a lot and you have to study it carefully. It´s easy to be impressed by big art but small art needs concentration.
Watermarks and lines, scratches and other watercolor effects are important to my work and keep fascinating me.
On Paper total size 12x12 cm. Comes framed 22x22 cm with an exclusive black HALBE magnetic frame (museum quality). This metal frame is an artwork in itself, has won the Red Dot Design Award and is not produced anymore. It suits the print perfectly!
Signed and titled on the front and back. Inks on professional watercolor paper.
