The Point of Attraction (2024) Original Acrylic Painting by Vladimir Mikhalko
50 x 40 x 1cm (unframed) / 50 x 40cm (actual image size)
£410.81
Original artwork description
“The Point of Attraction” belongs to the series “The Mystery of the Third Planet.” In this imaginary landscape, colourful figures and fragmented forms appear to gather around an invisible centre. Each element seems drawn towards the same place, although the reason for this attraction remains unknown.
Warm ochre, orange and pink tones are interrupted by dark blue and black shapes, creating a rhythm of movement, tension and expectation. The composition suggests an encounter or an event that is about to take place.
Created intuitively with acrylic paint, pencil and texture gel, the work develops through layers of colour and shifting forms. It explores attraction as both a physical force and an emotional impulse—the mysterious power that brings separate beings together and briefly connects them within a shared space.
Materials used:
Acrylic, pencil and texture gel on MDF
Details:
- Acrylic painting on Panel / Board / MDF
