This is “The Otter Half” because ‘other’... sounds like “otter”... hehe... well, I think everyone gets it...
The picture is painted with pastels and wasn’t that easy for me, but I’m glad I stuck with it.
To me, it perfectly radiates that cuteness but also the curiosity and playfulness of otters.
The title also alludes to the fact that you find your other “better” half, as they say, not only in love, but also in family, among friends, and sometimes even within yourself.
The picture was drawn with soft pastels on pastelmat, measuring 40 x 30 cm, and will be sent in a simple plexiglass frame for protection.
