“The One Inside” from my Alter Ego series explores the self that remains unseen. The bird carries the raw, instinctive part of me, while the figure holds the mask I present to the world. This painting captures the tension and dialogue between these two forces—sometimes aligned, sometimes at odds. Both exist within me, shaping the whole of who I am.
