Hi,
This painting is a commissioned work of one of my favourite scenes near Winchester in springtime.
There is a wonderful park and walk near the river not far from Winchester college. It's a place I love to go at the weekends and I always take my camera and charcoals.
This beautiful part of Hampshire has inspired artists down the years and is a classic English landscape,
