When walking around Florence, it is common to encounter street artists such as actors, mini bands of musicians, jugglers, mimes, acrobats, stilt walkers, clowns, fakirs, and storytellers, and to be drawn in by the intense energy they convey. In this work, I focused my attention on the evocative scene of a fortune teller, immersing my spirit in the essence of expressionism and letting the vibrations of fine art guide me. Using oil on canvas, I transposed the tension between the real and the unreal. Human figures intertwined in a silent dialogue, with a gaze toward the nebulous future, portray man's relentless search for answers. There is a powerful energy emanating from this canvas, filling the room with a mixture of mysticism, passion, and deep introspection.
