The ephemeral is already elsewhere, it is already something else. It knows no return. It's not here to stay...
Third painting of the series "Creatures in transit": this series is an effort against loss, transience, uprooting. It is holding back a presence to save it, recognizing in its imperfection the delicate modesty of the eternal.
The painting is done with acrylic colors, ink, soft pastels, charcoal and dried acrylic colors collage on a mdf cradled panel. The edges are painted and the artwork is ready to hang. It is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The surface is finished with a double layer of water-based satin varnish, which makes it resistant to UV rays and the passage of time.
