France and colour and light, land of luminosity, land of sweet delight. A street in an old quarter of any French town or city. The houses attracted me with their bright colors and their quirky shapes. I decided I would need to paint them. This work is on a 0.4 inch deep canvas and can therefore hang without the need for framing if wished.
