- The Choice of Isis
Original artwork description
The work evokes the myth of Isis, the Egyptian Great Mother, protector of life and of the crucial milestones of growth. The young protagonist stands at an existential boundary of childhood, called upon to make the choices that will shape her future and awaken her own inner strength. The rooster, with its eternal spiritual vigilance, acts as an invisible guide and keeper of the young girl's destiny, urging her to remain awake and clear-headed when facing the trials of life.
This work is part of my ongoing series of analogue collages.
The certificate of authenticity will be printed in full color, then hand-signed and dated by the artist.
