An offbeat sculpture from the CalbinoOz series, BLUE GOOSE is a goose with soft, charming eyes perched on one leg, with a long neck painted like the bandages of an Egyptian mummy...
Its deep blue jumper with hazelnut brown polka dots highlights its blue blown glass eyes.
Its frock coat is also blue and its leather-coloured braces are fastened with brown mother-of-pearl buttons.
Materials: calabash wood, superfine wood cellulose, blown glass, mother-of-pearl, acrylic and oil paint, varnish.
Signed under the rear.
