With this work of mine, I wanted to dive deeply into the realm of expressionism and figurative realism, using oil to bring powerful and contrasting emotions to life. This painting is a whirlwind of energy, representing the inner struggle and beauty of the human soul through the emblem of the blue rose: the figure at the top center dominating the painting clutches it in her fingers. It is the only type of rose that could not be obtained, either in nature or artificially.
