The Thames at golden hour, where bridges dissolve into mist and light pools on the water. Soft pink sky meets pale teal river in this atmospheric semi-abstract study, the buildings held loosely, shimmering at the waterline. This is the Thames as feeling rather than fact, painted from years of walking the river at Twickenham and Richmond, watching the light change over the water at the end of the day.
