There are places that appear on no map, spaces that only breathe when the mind agrees to let go. Terra Incognita III was born from one of these invisible explorations. As an artist, my brush does not seek to reproduce the world as we see it, but as we feel it. For this third installment of the series, I was overwhelmed by a telluric force—a raw connection with the earth's energies. But the more I worked the material, the more this land seemed to elude me.
