From time to time most of us take part is some sort of large family gatherings. Does not matter if we like such events or hate them, they always create very special mood, at least in my case. Usually, it is a mixture of different, sometimes contradictive feelings of joy and sadness, time and eternity, love and hatred… In this oil painting I attempted to transfer this mood to canvas, which depicts a table after a large family feast. The table is already empty of dinnerware and you can’t see any people around, but everything around, including a long white table cloth that is partly on table and partly on the floor reminds us of what had happened. The key instruments of communication with the viewer in this artwork are composition and colour.

The artwork will be shipped carefully and safely rolled in a durable plastic tube. Rolled artworks can easily be re-stretched.
