This morning I cried. I cried for the joy I felt and for the pain. I cried for no particular reason. We often forget that we don't need a reason to cry and that tears are healthy. They are strength. Learning to be more loose and let my thoughts wander while I paint has been such freedom. I am proud of myself and I am proud of my tears. I am human.
