Original artwork description
Teal Shimmer, a contemporary mixed media alcohol ink and resin painting. The diptych shimmers with metallic silver trails across a deep teal background.
Shimmering teal and silver abstract on wood made with fluid inks and resin. This mixed media painting was inspired by the beautiful Kilt Rock Waterfall close to my studio. Rivulets of chrome intermingle with deep teal and blue streams. The painting has been coated in clear resin to protect it.
NOTE: This painting is difficult to photograph due to the reflections and is much more beautiful than I can show in photographs.
The paintings were made on strong wooden panels that are about 2 cm deep; they have hooks on the back for hanging on the wall.
Ships in a box and is ready to hang on the wall.
Fabulous statement piece for any room.
