"Synthesis" - Original PMS Oil Painting On Canvas (2017) Original Oil Painting by Preston M. Smith (PMS)

This unique a completely unique and original abstract oil painting on canvas. It was painted with a swarm of color, energy and texture. It is a true "Synthesis" of many of the techniques and artworks I have been creating over the past year. Like my piece "Compartmentalized" this piece has a barrage of colors and thick texture between thin lines that keep them in their barely contained in their own "compartments". It is an exciting display of contained chaos and beauty with movement of color and form. The colors are a bit muted and dissolve into each other. This piece is very pleasing to the eye.

Note: This painting is painted on canvas is not framed, but comes hang ready with the sides painted black. Framing is unnecessary.
