In creating this piece, I sought to embody the serene yet vibrant aura of the Mediterranean. The textured strokes and luminous palette capture the dynamic interplay of light on water, with the historic island softly emerging from the azure horizon. This painting not only reflects a moment of tranquil beauty but also invigorates any space with its vivid, uplifting energy, offering a continuous sense of peace and inspiration.
I have long wanted a creative experiment, and search. Pointelism was just what was needed to convey the impression of nature. Crushing of the plane of the canvas with different color strokes, and optical daring paints.
