Sometimes, matter takes over and tells what words cannot express.
In this work, I allowed texture to emerge with intensity, as if every clump and every relief wanted to assert its presence. Blacks and greys condense, while flashes of mustard yellow and turquoise break through the shadows, bringing light and contrast.
I use resin, enamel, and acrylic on canvas to build vibrant surfaces, full of restrained energy. The painting layers like time itself: dense, uneven, made of interruptions and shifts.
What emerges is a fragment of compressed emotion, a gesture that remains.
An exploration of the boundary between form and dissolution, between body and space.
It’s an invitation to look closely, to lose oneself in the details, where every raised point seems to vibrate with a hidden memory.
