Original artwork description:

I’m fascinated by what remains of a moment, when everything dissolves.
In this work, I followed the impulse of gesture, letting form and color emerge spontaneously, without control. Blue is the deep breath that embraces fragments of white, black, and ochre yellow: floating presences, surfacing memories, sensations that ask for no explanation.
I use mixed media on canvas because it allows me to layer time, to reveal living, cracked, tactile surfaces. Every mark is a passage, every tear a question.
This abstract painting is part of my journey in contemporary art, as an Italian artist and a woman. A way to give voice to emotions that don’t wish to be defined, but felt.
It’s an invitation to stay in tune, even in silence.

Materials used:

Acrylic, enamel and resin
